The Financial Aid Office may request additional documents to process your application. If additional documents are needed, you will be notified via your ACCMail<\/a>. You can also track your status in Self-Service<\/a>. To prevent delays, submit any required documents as soon as possible. <\/p>\n

How to Submit Financial Aid Forms Online<\/h2>\n

  1. Log in to your Self-Service<\/a> portal (ACCeID and password required).<\/li>\n
  2. Select \u201cFinancial Aid.\u201d<\/li>\n
  3. Choose the appropriate school year from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n
  4. Scroll down to the \u201cChecklist\u201d and select \u201cComplete required documents\u201d.<\/li>\n
  5. You’ll see a list of forms you need to fill out. Remember to only submit the ones requested.<\/li>\n
  6. Click the link for “Missing Documents,” and you will be directed to a StudentForms<\/a> portal where you can easily fill out and upload the required documents online.\n
