Who is Trellis?<\/h2>\n

We are glad you asked! Trellis Company <\/a>is our trusted nonprofit partner that works closely with Austin Community College to support our students in achieving their educational goals.<\/p>\n

What Does Trellis Do?<\/h2>\n

Trellis helps ensure that all our students have access to the financial aid they are eligible for, especially grants like the Pell Grant. They assist us in various ways, including:<\/p>\n

Student Outreach<\/h3>\n

Trellis reaches out to ACC students via calls, texts, and postcards about important topics like enrollment, staying on track, and financial aid.<\/p>\n

Loan Repayment Guidance<\/h3>\n

Trellis provides guidance on repayment plans and loan management. They reach out to students during their loan grace period and those with past due payments.<\/p>\n

FAFSA Hotline<\/h3>\n

Trellis offers a hotline to guide students through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)<\/a> process.<\/p>\n
