If you’re still looking to fill out your fall 2024 schedule, there are several options to fit classes into your life.
Austin Community College District (ACC) offers several ways to learn, including in-person and online, as well as hybrid and hyflex formats.
- In-person courses are available on all 11 ACC campuses.
- Online courses:
- Asynchronous – All instruction and services are provided online; students log into class at a time that’s most convenient for them.
- Synchronous – Instruction is fully online with required online meetings during the specified days and times listed.
- Hybrid courses where some class periods are held online and others are held in person (such as labs).
- Hyflex classes allow students to enroll in an in-person course but have access to technology so that they can log in remotely for any given class period. This flexibility makes it easier for students who cannot attend class one day due to a conflict, such as child care challenges or illness, to stay on track and attend class remotely.

All students get full access to the college’s full suite of free student support services and Student Life activities. This includes unlimited 1-on-1 tutoring, advising, academic coaching, library services, and more — free to all students.
