ACC wants you, our students, to be directly involved in the transformation of the College. We’re building student teams to help frame the work we’re doing under the Theory of Change (ToC). Applications are now open for these paid positions.
What is the Theory of Change?
Austin Community College District is designing strategies to improve student success by focusing on the most impactful ways we can help our students reach their academic and career goals. We’re working to build systems that help students start strong, enroll full-time, meet their basic needs, and find belonging and connection.
Our student design teams will work alongside employees from across the College to design strategies in each of these areas.
If you’re passionate about creating positive change at ACC, apply to join a Theory of Change Design Team. Applications are due by September 30.
