Austin Community College District (ACC) raises awareness about drug, alcohol, tobacco, and violence prevention during Red Ribbon Week from Wednesday, October 23, through Thursday, October 31.
As part of this nationwide campaign, ACC will join colleges and universities nationwide to promote a drug-free lifestyle. This year’s theme is “Life is a Movie: Film Drug-Free,” encouraging students to live their lives without the harmful effects of substance abuse.
In honor of Red Ribbon Week, ACC’s Mental Health Counseling team will host tabling events at each campus. Stop by to learn more about drug and alcohol prevention, access valuable resources, and get support for maintaining a healthy, substance-free lifestyle.
