After years of work, ACC’s Eatery 73––a student-run, full-service scratch kitchen offering modern American cuisine made with fresh, farm-to-table ingredients––is opening its doors beginning Wednesday, February 5, to the public. This restaurant provides an upscale yet casual dining experience while giving Culinary Arts students hands-on training in a professional setting.
Location: Highland Campus, Building 2000, Room 1300
Hours: Wednesdays & Thursdays, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Walk-in service only
Eatery 73 will feature a rotating menu, offering a variety of dishes that cater to diverse palates and accommodate various dietary considerations. The restaurant will be a no-cash, no-tips establishment. Patrons are encouraged to provide feedback to support the growth and development of ACC’s chefs and hospitality professionals.
“This opening represents years of dedication and hard work. It’s a testament to our commitment to providing students with hands-on learning experiences,” says Kevin Truong, ACC Eatery 73 Executive Chef. “Eatery 73 not only showcases our students’ talents but also prepares them for successful careers in the culinary and hospitality industries.”
Eatery 73 is part of ACC’s Culinary Arts program, where students train under expert chefs to gain real-world experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, and culinary innovation. The program includes opportunities for specialization in areas such as Baking and Pastry Arts, as well as participation in study abroad programs to broaden culinary perspectives.
