Austin Community College District (ACC) continues progressing steadily on the Dental Hygiene expansion project at its Eastview Campus. Construction is currently on schedule and within budget, with Phase 1 approximately 70% complete. This project is one of the first major construction efforts underway through the College’s 2022 General Obligation Bond.
Over the next several weeks, crews from Linbeck Group will begin installing interior millwork and final building finishes. This phase is expected to wrap up in early June 2025.

Phase 2 construction is set to begin May 20, immediately after the end of the spring semester. This next phase will focus on renovations within the existing Dental Clinic and adjacent office spaces. The team will follow an aggressive 11-week schedule to keep the project on track.
Final furniture, fixtures, and equipment installations are scheduled for early August.
The project will double the number of dental treatment rooms from 16 to 32 and renovate more than 13,850 square feet of clinic, classroom, and administrative space in Building 8000.
