May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Austin Community College District (ACC) Mental Health Counseling is here to support students who seek counseling and often need additional support for their overall well-being.

Mental Health IS part of your health! It can affect a person’s thinking, feeling, behavior, or mood. These conditions deeply impact day-to-day living and may affect the ability to relate to others. You are not alone

There’s no shame in needing support. Getting help can improve your relationships, focus in school, and overall well-being.
