The Austin Community College District  (ACC) Board of Trustees unanimously approved an annexation election for the Pflugerville ISD territory. The measure will appear on the November 2026 ballot.

If approved by voters, residents within the PfISD territory would become part of the ACC taxing district in exchange for access to in-district tuition, expanded programs and services, and a more direct partnership with ACC to address the community’s education and workforce needs.
