The Student Basic Needs Questionnaire is a quick, 10-question survey that can connect you with ACC resources for things like child care, food, housing, mental health, financial support, and other community resources.
Once you complete the questionnaire, the C.A.R.E. (Community Assistance, Resources, and Empowerment) Network team will review your responses and follow up by email with resources that may help.
The questionnaire takes just a few minutes to complete and is open through Friday, September 25.
