The Student Basic Needs Questionnaire closes Friday, September 25. If you haven’t completed it yet, now is the time to take a few minutes to let ACC know what support you may need this semester! As an added bonus, all students who complete the questionnaire by September 25 will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of five $50 Amazon gift cards or an ACC swag bag!
The quick, 10-question survey asks about areas that can affect your success in college, including food access, housing, childcare, transportation, mental health, and other essential needs.
If you identify an area where you could use support, ACC’s CARE coordination team will follow up with you and connect you to College and community resources. After you complete the questionnaire, keep an eye on your ACC student email for follow-up.
