Balancing college and family life can come with challenges that many students know firsthand. On Monday, October 12, ACC students and their families are invited to a special campus screening of ACCTV’s A Day in the Life: Parenting Students.
The 30-minute documentary follows three ACC students and their families as they balance parenting, classes, work, and everyday life while pursuing their degrees. Produced by ACCTV in partnership with Austin PBS and ACC Basic Needs Systems, the episode highlights both the challenges parenting students face and the support that can help them continue toward their goals.
Students and their families are invited to attend the screening and enjoy a family-friendly craft activity.
