Austin Community College District (ACC) issues a scam warning to students about fraudulent flexible part-time job offers. The college immediately took action to stop the emails from being sent to students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to reports, students are being offered weekly pay for a part-time remote position for a real estate and investment trader who works in the U.S. and Australia. Find the sample fraudulent email below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Those receiving such emails or similarly suspicious emails are asked to alert ACC Police immediately at 512-223-1231.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sample E-Mail:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Dear Students and Staff<\/p>\n\n\n\n Work at your convenience and earn $450 weekly. It’s a Flexible part-time job. All the tasks are work from home\/on campus job, you don’t need to travel somewhere and also you don’t need to have a car to get started.
