Applications are now open for Austin Community College District\u2019s (ACC) Summer 2024 Study Abroad Program. Any ACC student at least 18 years old and in good academic standing is encouraged to apply. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Study Abroad programs allow students to travel to other countries during the summer semester and explore cultural enrichment while gaining academic credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cStudy abroad programs are a wonderful opportunity to experience firsthand the richness of different cultures, traditions, and lifestyles,\u201d says Sharon Miller, ACC interim director of International Programs. \u201cStudents will be able to develop a global perspective and enhance their understanding of diverse perspectives. It\u2019s not just an academic endeavor; it is a holistic and transformative experience that has the potential to shape your worldview, and enrich your education.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students looking to apply must attend an advising session. Recordings are available. Students will be asked to complete a short quiz with a score of at least 90% to demonstrate proof of advising. The deadline is Thursday, February 8. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
