Her book, \u201cFirst Gen: A Memoir,\u201d is a story of generational inheritance, aspiration, and the true meaning of belonging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fireside Chat with Alejandra Campoverdi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Date: <\/strong>Friday, November 15<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Time:<\/strong> 11:30 a.m. &#8211; 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Location:<\/strong> Highland Campus, Building 2000, Presentation Hall<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RSVP:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/3BLZ4uC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bit.ly\/3BLZ4uC<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event, hosted by ACC Chancellor Dr. Russell Lowery-Hart, will feature a fireside chat. This will provide students with a unique opportunity to engage with Campoverdi and hear her inspiring story. Light refreshments will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the chat, students can participate in a special Q&amp;A session and book signing. Copies of Campoverdi\u2019s book will be available to share at the event on a first-come, first-serve basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About Alejandra Campoverdi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alejandracampoverdi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alejandra Campoverdi<\/a> is known for her advocacy for women\u2019s health and dedication to improving healthcare access for underserved communities. Campoverdi is also the founder of the Well Woman Coalition, a nonprofit initiative focused on empowering women to be proactive about their health. In addition to her advocacy work, she has authored a bestselling book, sharing her personal experiences with family, health, and resilience.
