{"id":50203,"date":"2025-02-12T12:10:33","date_gmt":"2025-02-12T17:10:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/students.austincc.edu\/infohub\/?p=50203"},"modified":"2025-04-24T12:04:08","modified_gmt":"2025-04-24T17:04:08","slug":"join-accs-spring-2025-talk-about-it-conversations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/students.austincc.edu\/infohub\/2025\/02\/12\/join-accs-spring-2025-talk-about-it-conversations\/","title":{"rendered":"Join ACC\u2019s Spring 2025 Talk About It Conversations\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Austin Community College District (ACC) hosts <a href=\"https:\/\/students.austincc.edu\/student-advocacy-center\/talk-about-it-acc\/\">Talk about It ACC<\/a> Campus Conversations to educate young adults about reproductive health and empower them to take control of their well-being.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These events are designed to foster active discussions, provide valuable resources, and offer referrals to no- or low-cost healthcare services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Upcoming Campus Conversations Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSd6Fgq6-YMPaF0P8Yqw1KvFuj_1pjG_WJx28wKPJ8Lz5PPCcA\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>SHARP<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; This comprehensive workshop will cover topics such as healthy and unhealthy relationships, basic anatomy, STI\/HIV prevention, contraception methods, and more. Participants who complete the SHARP workshop will receive a $75 gift card.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe47TYFPibR4QO-uXDr79q0tsN68oGHnnVZKQBGzXfRwuDzmA\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Plan A<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; This 45-minute session includes an educational video and group discussion focusing on HIV\/STI transmission, consent, healthy communication, and condom advocacy. Completion of the Plan A workshop will earn participants a $15 gift card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScVXZcnnrHTRfYqicVTEqJ2RpZpS7Riv4QVfPqFR8mZWQ61fw\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Seventeen Days<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; A one-hour, web-based interactive workshop that covers STI\/HIV prevention, transmission, contraceptive methods, reproductive anatomy, and an overview of visiting an OBGYN.
