Adulthood comes with new responsibilities that require practical skills beyond the classroom. To help students transition smoothly, Austin Community College District (ACC) hosts its annual Adulting 101 event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Date:<\/strong> Friday, March 7 The event launches with a student-led panel that discusses academic journeys, financial goals, and navigating student life at ACC. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and hear insight from experienced students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participants will attend interactive workshops covering essential life skills like managing finances, maintaining mental and physical well-being, preparing for a career, and handling everyday responsibilities. Local vendors, free lunch, giveaways, and door prizes will also be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The event is free and open to students, staff, faculty, and the community.
