Key updates include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Workforce training expansion in high-demand fields like semiconductor manufacturing and city planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increased student support services for food, housing, and mental health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer pathways, including the Bats to Cats program, make it easier to transition to four-year schools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At the core of these efforts is ACC\u2019s <strong>Theory of Change<\/strong>, a framework aimed at increasing the student completion rate from 46% to 70% by 2030.
