ACC\u2019s Call Centers have resumed normal operations. Crews will continue to monitor the situation to ensure service stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>Austin Community College District (ACC) is monitoring a service outage affecting inbound calls to all ACC Call Centers. The College\u2019s Office of Information Technology (IT) reports the following systems are affected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continuing Education Registration &#8211; 512-223-7542<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educational Technology Support &#8211; 512-223-0111<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information Technology Service Desk &#8211; 512-223-8324<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student Affairs Help Desk &#8211; 512-223-4636<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adult Education &#8211; 512-223-5123<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Outbound dialing from the Webex Agent Desktop is not affected.
