ACC\u2019s&nbsp; Student Money Management Office, in collaboration with the University Federal Credit Union (UFCU), shares six reliable methods for transferring money, to find the right option for your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A Message from University Federal Credit Union<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Online money transfer services give you more flexibility than ever to put your money where you need it, when you need it. Read our six ways to move money securely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Easily send money to anyone with a mobile number through your banking institution.<\/strong> Many banking institutions, including UFCU, offer Online Banking and mobile app services where you can transfer funds to other people. At UFCU, transfers only require you to enter the recipient&#8217;s phone number or email. The recipient will receive a link explaining how to receive the money transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>External bank transfers. <\/strong>You can also make an account transfer within most online banking website and mobile apps.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Instant Transfers to other bank members. <\/strong>If the recipient is also a member at your banking institution, you can usually instantly transfer to their account. At UFCU, for example, members visit Online Banking or the Mobile app, select Pay &amp; Transfer. Then, Choose Transfer to Another Member.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>All you have to do is provide the recipient\u2019s last name, nine-digit account number, and the share ID, which could be a banking (share) or a loan account. If needed, you can add a comment that the recipient can see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Third-party digital payment services.<\/strong> Most bank accounts can fund many digital payment services ( PayPal\u00ae, Google Pay\u00ae, Venmo\u00ae, Cash App\u00ae, and Apple Pay\u00ae). If you\u2019re a UFCU member, visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufcu.org\/resources\/member-services\/banking\/digital-payment-solutions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Digital Payment Services page<\/a> to learn how to link your account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Make automatic recurring payments with Bill Pay.<\/strong> Many banking institutions offer free online bill pay as a way to pay businesses directly from your account using online bank transfers.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You may need to authorize the Bill Pay payment through your bank\u2019s Online Banking or Mobile app system. Once authorized, you can usually send or schedule one-time or automatic recurring payments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Send and receive money online with Zelle\u00ae. <\/strong>Zelle is a convenient transfer option available in many\u00a0 mobile apps for banking institutions.
