Students should expect temporary outages to many ACC online services during the maintenance windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Services may be unavailable during the following times:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Friday, November 21, at 9 p.m. \u2013 Saturday, November 22, at 8 a.m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friday, December 5, at 9 p.m. \u2013 Saturday, December 6, at 8 a.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Many ACC applications \u2014 including MyACC, registration tools, advising systems, and class-related platforms \u2014 may be offline temporarily. Full access is expected to be restored by 8 a.m. each following morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Fully cloud-hosted applications may not be impacted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To avoid disruptions, ACC recommends:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Register or make schedule changes before 9 p.m. on maintenance days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download or save anything you need for assignments, studying, or advising.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan ahead for deadlines, especially those involving financial aid, registration, or advising documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expect limited access to MyACC, registration tools, employee and student portals, and several student services platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For issues with system availability or assistance after the planned window of service outage, <a href=\"https:\/\/acchelp.austincc.edu\/TDClient\/277\/Portal\/Home\/?ToUrl=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">you can create a service desk ticket here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Austin Community College District (ACC) will conduct planned system maintenance on Friday, November 21, and Friday, December 5, to keep College technology systems secure, reliable, and up to date.
