Student hosts Precious and Lilia reflect on the people and experiences that have shaped who they are, while opening a conversation about what it really means to take care of yourself as a college student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The episode features a special guest, former University of Texas at Austin and NFL football player Fozzy Whittaker, now an ESPN analyst. Fozzy shares lessons from his journey as a professional athlete, including the dedication, discipline, and daily habits that helped him reach the highest level of his sport, including competing in Super Bowl 50.
