One of the best ways you can set yourself up for success is to take the <a href=\"http:\/\/austincc.edu\/studentneeds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Student Basic Needs Questionnaire<\/strong><\/a>. It&#8217;s a quick, 10-question survey that asks ACC students to identify any areas where they may need support this fall. Whether it&#8217;s support like childcare, housing, food access, mental health counseling, or community resources, ACC has resources to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why This Matters<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Getting connected to the right resources early can make it easier to stay focused on school. Last fall, students who completed the questionnaire and got connected to resources were about 11% more likely to successfully continue to the spring 2026 semester than the average ACC student. Getting the right support early can help you stay enrolled and reach your goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What Happens After You Take It<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After you complete the questionnaire, the CARE coordination team will review your responses and follow up with you via email. Keep an eye on your ACC student email account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"http:\/\/austincc.edu\/studentneeds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Student Basic Needs Questionnaire<\/strong><\/a> takes just a few minutes to complete and is open from <strong>August 17 to September 25<\/strong>.
