What is MyCAA?
The My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Scholarship Program is a workforce development program administered by the Department of Defense, that provides up to $4,000 of financial assistance to eligible active-duty military spouses who are pursuing a license, certification or Associate’s degree in a portable career field and occupation.

Check Eligibility
Spouses of service members on active duty in pay grades E-1 to E-6, W-1 to W-2 and O-1 to O-3 who have successfully completed high school, may be eligible.

Speak with a SECO Coach & Complete MyCAA Registration
Call the SECO Career Center at 800-342-9647 to schedule your MyCAA coaching session and complete registration.

Create an Application Account
ACC will email your username and password after you create account.

Complete the Application Steps
Log in to your account to begin your ACC student application.

Submit Education & Training Plan
Upload a completed ETP to your MyCAA Portal. Note: ETP must be signed by a school representative.

Register for Classes
Course information including course numbers, term dates, and mode of instruction must match the TA document or TA will be rejected by the college.
