This will hold your seat in class if the scholarship is enough to cover all your tuition balance. Please note that scholarship checks in the amount of $1,000 or more will be split equally between the fall and spring semester (unless otherwise indicated by the donor). <\/p>\n<p>Received scholarships funds will be applied to your account no earlier than the week before classes begin.\u00a0 If your tuition has already been paid, you will receive a refund from your scholarship via <a href=\"https:\/\/vibeaccount.com\/\">BankMobile<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You must pay your tuition and fees if:<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ACC has not received your scholarship funds at&nbsp;<strong>least one day prior to the payment deadline<\/strong>; or<\/li>\n<li>Your total aid (including grants and loans) does not cover the bills owed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You may either pay your balance in full or set up an interest-free <a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/students\/tuition-and-payments\/payment-plans\">payment plan<\/a> to spread out your payments.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outside scholarships must be mailed to:<\/h2>\n<p>Austin Community College<br \/>Attn: B2P\/HLC Business Services<br \/>Bldg 3000, Rm 3210<br \/>6101 Highland Campus Dr<br \/>Austin, TX 78752<\/p>\n<p>Questions? Contact scholarships@austincc.edu.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make checks payable to Austin Community College.<\/li>\n<li>Include a cover letter with your name and ACC student ID number (or last four digits of your Social Security number), and any instructions for disbursement.&nbsp; Scholarships received without instructions will be refunded to the student via&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/students\/tuition-and-payments\/refunds\/select-your-refund-preference\">BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc.<\/a>&nbsp;after tuition is paid.<\/li>\n<li>Write your name and ACC student ID number in the memo section of the check.<\/li>\n<li>If your donor sends checks co-payable to you and ACC, &nbsp;you must take the check to any campus&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/campus-contacts?field_contact_office_or_dept_value%5B%5D=Financial+Aid\">Financial Aid Office<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enrollment verification<\/h2>\n<p>If a donor requires verification of enrollment, you can provide them a copy of&nbsp;your class schedule or billing statement available in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/students\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Online Services<\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Questions?&nbsp;Email&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:scholarships@austincc.edu\">scholarships@austincc.edu<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to Receive Funds ACC will note your scholarship in your records as pending financial aid.
