Parking permit? <\/a><\/p> Yes, ACC offers a parking ePermit and a GreenPass for free CapMetro rides to all current students! You can find more information on parking and transportation options here: Transportation Services<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n What is the difference between English as a Second Language (ESL) and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes?<\/a><\/p> Adult Education ESL classes provide basic English language skills for non-native speakers. This program is free, class sizes are limited, and students must join a waitlist. The current waitlist is about six to eight months. For more information, click here: Adult Education ESL<\/a><\/p>\n Continuing Education ESOL classes are suitable for non-native English speakers who already have a basic understanding of English. Prospective students may take ESOL as a credited or non-credited option. Credited ESOL classes allow students to learn English in order to prepare for a degree program or transfer to another university while earning college credit. Non-credited ESOL classes are best if the student is only interested in learning English and not interested in any further college classes. Prospective students must complete the oral interview and ESOL Assessment Test before registering for classes. There is no waitlist, and tuition costs vary. Students get 8 free sessions with one of our mental health counselors. At the HLC campus we have many options to keep you well-fed while you\u2019re studying. We have various vending machines throughout the campus. There are vending machines in every building! The Student Care Center<\/a> offers weekly groceries as well as daily snack options for students located in building 1000, Room 2220. For additional grocery help, you can also sign up for a produce box! If you are interested in getting one, please fill out this google form<\/a>. Once you sign up, you should receive a confirmation email. Student Life<\/a> has a food pantry open to students, with a newly added after-hours box out front. This resource is student-sourced by donation, and is first come, first served. They are located in building 1000 room 2221. The Grab N Go<\/a> is a small cafe operated by ACC\u2019s Culinary Arts department and is fully staffed by students. It offers a menu of coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, snacks, and small bites with vegan and vegetarian options also available. It is located in building 2000, room 1321. The ACC bookstore<\/a> also sells a small variety of snacks and beverages. They are located in building 4000, room 1430.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n How do I upload my supplemental documents to my admissions application?<\/a><\/p> To upload supplemental documents, on ACC\u2019s homepage, go to \u201cApply Now.\u201d Once there, scroll down to where it says \u201cSet up your application account, Already have an account,\u201d and click \u201cLogin in.\u201d Enter your personal email and password, then go to \u201cMy Applications\u201d and click on \u201cIn Progress\u201d to see what required documents are needed. On the right side of the required documents is where you can upload your supplemental documents. Simply click on the upload button and select the appropriate file to attach it. If you face any difficulties, feel free to visit us at the Welcome Center or contact us for further assistance.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n What is TSI, and how do I know if I need to take this assessment?<\/a><\/p> The TSI is a college entrance exam required for all students. There are specific score requirements, and ways to be exempt from the TSI.
