Buongiorno dall’italia! A group of Austin Community College District students are taking their studies abroad.
They are taking a 10-day Ancient Grains course with Alba Accademia Alberghiera. The students–– ranging in age from 18 to 73–– are learning more about sweet and savory dishes, like cake, pastry, pasta, and pizza. The program runs from June 24 to July 5.
Check out what they are doing in the slideshow below.
In this program, students have the opportunity to experience hands-on labs and didactic visits with some of the industry’s best experts.
Study Abroad programs allow students to travel to other countries during the summer semester and explore cultural enrichment while gaining academic credits.
