Austin Community College District (ACC) welcomes students back for the fall 2025 semester on Monday, August 25. This fall marks one of the largest enrollment surges in recent years. As of Monday, August 25, almost 44,000 students have enrolled at ACC. That’s up more than 10% from fall 2024.

This fall, ACC has added nearly 500 new course sections and hired about 100 new adjunct faculty members. Academic teams are also creating clusters of key core classes to help you stay on track toward graduation — even if your first-choice class is full.
