College can bring new challenges, unexpected setbacks, busy schedules, changing relationships, and plenty of stress –– but you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

The Mental Health Webinar Series offers short, practical modules designed to help you build skills you can use both inside and outside the classroom. Each module takes about 10–15 minutes and includes a brief video followed by a few questions to help you reflect on what you’ve learned.
