The summer semester begins Monday, June 2. Summer moves fast, but there is plenty of support to keep you on track this semester.
Tips for a Great Summer Semester
We’ve created a quick guide just for you: Top Tips for Your First Week
New This Summer: Blackboard Ultra
All summer classes now use the Blackboard Ultra course experience.
Blackboard Ultra is designed to give you a more consistent, mobile-friendly experience in every course. You’ll see changes to the navigation screen and course layout — and it’s all built to help you stay organized, connect with classmates, track your grades, and manage your assignments more easily.
Check out the Blackboard Ultra training library below for helpful tips and guides: Blackboard Ultra Training Library.
Find Your Class
Check your course schedule or syllabus to confirm your class location and time. It will remind you when your class meets and tell you where to go.
Most ACC Campuses use a simple room numbering system: Room 1142 = Building 1000, 1st floor at your campus.
Get to Campus
- New this summer, parking passes will no longer be required on all ACC campuses.
- Taking CapMetro? Eligible faculty, staff, and students can ride Capital Metro for free.
Know Your Campus
Every ACC campus is unique, so bookmark your campus page for important information you will need all semester, like building maps, department contact information, and campus hours.
Tap Into Free Support
You have access to support services, all at no cost, including:
- Financial Help: Explore some other ways to receive financial assistance throughout your academic journey.
- Tutoring & Coaching: Access in-person and online tutoring to help you excel in your courses.
- Mental Health Support: Licensed counselors are available to support your well-being throughout the semester.
