How SMMO starts off the New Year right! 🎉

How to: Do a “no buy/spend” month or year!💸

Doing a “no buy” month can be a great way to save money and reduce clutter in your home. Here are some tips to help you get started!

  1. Make a list of essentials: Before you start, make a list of essential items that you need to purchase during the no-buy month. This could include items like groceries, medicine, and household supplies.
  2. Set a budget: Establish a budget of how much money you need to spend on essentials and stick to it. Setting this budget ahead of time will help you stay on track.
  3. Plan your meals: Planning out your meals for the month can help you save money on groceries and reduce food waste. Make sure to factor in leftovers, too!
  4. Find activities to do instead: Instead of shopping, find activities to do that don’t involve spending money. Go for a walk, read a book, or start a new hobby!
  5. Spend time in your inbox unsubscribing from promotional email lists that tempt you to “grab that pair of shoes before the sale ends in [countdown] 3:00:26!”
  6. Track your progress: Track your progress throughout the month and celebrate your success! Knowing that you are making progress can be a great motivator.

Good luck! 🤑
