Students are assigned an Academic Guidance Team member (Advisor or Success Coach) after they begin courses with ACC. If you are a current student, please follow the instructions below to contact your assigned advisor for support in your area of study.
- Click on “My Advisors” on the right-hand side
- View your advisor’s email address and phone number
- Contact your advisor to schedule an appointment
Don’t have an advisor yet?
New ACC students who have fewer than 12 credit hours should complete our Online New Student Orientation to get familiar with the college and our processes. Once you complete you will be given a link to schedule a session with our Orientation Advisors for any additional support you may need.
If you are a new, transfer student with 12 or more credit hours or a student who has not yet been assigned an advisor, you can get a full advising session through *Zoom using your computer or mobile device! See the information below to speak with an Online Advising Team Member.

Mon-Thur: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Calendly appointments)
Fri: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Calendly appointments)
Sat: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (via Zoom)
Sun: Closed
