Drop-in advising is available on any campus & virtually Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. and virtually on Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.  No appointment needed!

*Note Virtual Advising is closed 12 – 1 p.m.

 If you’re returning to ACC after taking a break from classes or previously earned ACC credit through a dual credit program, you’re in the right place. Follow the steps listed below to prepare for advising and registration.

Before You Meet with an Advisor

Complete these steps to prepare for advising and registration.

Use Your ACCMail Account

For your security, please use your ACC student email account when scheduling an advising appointment or communicating with ACC.

ACCMail Activation & Login Assistance

Check for Registration holds

 Log in to MyACC to check for holds that may prevent you from registering. Some holds may require you to update your personal information or complete Enrollment & Records forms

Submit required documents

Make sure ACC has any required transcripts, test scores, or other documents needed to register for classes. 

Submit Transcripts

Meet with an Advisor

Once your required Admissions steps are complete, you can meet with an advisor to discuss your next steps and get registered.

Did you earn ACC Credit through Dual Credit?

If you earned ACC credit while in high school and are now returning to ACC, you may need to submit your final high school transcript and college readiness test scores.
