ACC District Event Submission

Update: All virtual events including those intended for an ACC faculty or staff audience may be submitted at this time for review and calendar inclusion. Please be aware that regular business meetings do not meet this criteria.

Any event submitted to the ACC College-Wide Calendar must be sponsored or co-hosted by an ACC department, office, or affiliate as well as meet the Campus Event calendar submission guidelines.

If you’d like to submit an event for possible inclusion, please submit a request form.

To request Sign Language interpreting or CART services, please fill out the online form at least 3 business days in advance. For questions, call Interpreter Services at 512-223-6176.  For other accommodations for people with disabilities, please contact the Student Accessibility Services (SAS) office at any campus. Calendar managers are not responsible for making these arrangements.
