There are final deadlines to apply for aid every school year. Some deadlines are specific dates that apply to all students while others depend on each individual student’s enrollment. If you miss a final deadline, ACC may not be able to process your aid application. So it’s best to start early. If you are unsure whether or not you’ve missed a deadline, check with Financial Aid.
Note: These deadlines are specific to the 2024-25 school year.

Non-Verification Documents | Documents used to verify that you are an aid-eligible student such as high school and college transcripts, citizenship documents, or loan default documents | The earlier of:
a) 180 days after your last day of enrollment for the school year OR b) September 20, 2025 |
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal | To appeal the loss of aid eligibility due to not meeting the GPA or class completion requirements | Your last day of enrollment for the semester |
