Grants and loans are disbursed beginning the first week of the session/semester. However, due to the high volume of students receiving aid at the same time, it may take 1-2 weeks before you receive your disbursement. You may sign up for mobile notifications about your refund status through your BankMobile Disbursements profile. NOTE:
- Loans awarded for both Fall and Spring will be fully disbursed at the beginning of each semester.
- Fall or Spring Semester only loan will be disbursed in two equal payments at the beginning and at the midpoint of the semester.
- Summer Semester only loan will be disbursed in one payment at the beginning of the summer semester.
- First-year and First-time borrowers are subject to a census date delayed payment during their first semester of enrollment. The loan will disburse the Monday after their designated census date.
Refunds are processed once your tuition and fees are paid in full.

Review My Financial Aid Refund Status
You can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days from the refund disbursement date on your Student Account Balance screen. Financial aid refunds are processed through BankMobile (BKM) and are listed as “BKM- Fin Aid Refund”.
- Login into MyACC.
- Under the Registration & Payments header, click “Pay for Classes”.
- Click the “Payment Plans” tab.
- Look for the description, “BKM-Fin Aid Refund”
- If you do not see this in your Student Account Balance screen, then your refund has not been processed.
