Who is Inceptia?
Inceptia is a nonprofit organization that partners with Austin Community College to support students through student loan repayment assistance and loan default prevention efforts. Their services help borrowers understand repayment options, maintain successful repayment, and avoid default on their federal student loans.
What Does Inceptia Do?
Inceptia provides student loan repayment counseling and loan default prevention outreach to support borrowers throughout repayment. Their counselors communicate with borrowers during repayment and delinquency to provide guidance, explain repayment options, and help students remain in good standing on their federal student loans.
Student Outreach
Inceptia contacts ACC students through phone calls, emails, text messages, and postcards to provide loan servicer information, repayment options, and guidance on managing their student loans successfully.

Inceptia provides loan repayment guidance and delinquency counseling to help borrowers manage their federal student loans and avoid default. They educate students on repayment options and proactively reach out to borrowers during their grace period and to those with past-due payments to provide repayment support and resources.
